DIVA Hair Lounge provides salon services described in our service menu and individual quotations. The service, price, any deposit and remaining balance must be agreed before payment. A consultation may be needed to confirm suitability, hair length, quantity, colour and the work required. Changes to an agreed service or price require your agreement before work begins.

Submitting a request or completing a consultation does not confirm an appointment. The lounge team must confirm your service, date and time. Promotional offers apply only to the services, quantities, dates and conditions stated in that offer.

Please provide accurate contact details and tell the team about relevant sensitivities or previous treatments before your service. Results can vary with your hair condition, the selected treatment and aftercare. Website images illustrate styles and do not guarantee an identical result.

Our Booking, Payment, Refund and Privacy Policies explain the related conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. Contact the lounge with your booking or payment reference if you have a concern.
