Please use the contact details shown on this website to check an unexpected payment request or a change of bank details. Do not send passwords, card security codes or banking one-time passwords to DIVA staff through appointment notes, email or WhatsApp.

Our enquiry and consultation forms do not request payment card details. Customer contact details and consultation photos are handled through the lounge’s private workspace, with access restricted to authorised team members.

If you suspect misuse of your booking or personal information, contact the lounge with the date, booking reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full card details in a report. No system can guarantee absolute security; we will investigate reported concerns and take appropriate action.
