Choose a service and send your preferred date, time and contact details. Times are shown in Malaysia time (Asia/Kuala_Lumpur). The team will check availability and confirm the final service and quotation with you. A preferred time is a request, not a reserved slot.

A 50% deposit applies to the agreed service quotation. The deposit amount and remaining 50% balance must be shown before you pay. Payment and appointment confirmation are separate: your appointment is confirmed only when the team has confirmed the date and time and any agreed deposit requirement has been met.

Please contact the lounge as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a visit or expect to arrive late. Cancellation deadlines, rescheduling eligibility and no-show charges must be stated in the approved Refund and Cancellation Policy and your booking terms before payment.

Salon services are delivered in person at the confirmed salon location. No shipping is included with an appointment. Any separate sale of goods must identify collection or delivery arrangements before payment.
