Payment Policy

Service quotations are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Before payment, the quotation must identify the service or package, quantity, applicable discount, any taxes or additional charges, total price, deposit payable now and remaining balance. Any extra service requires your agreement to its price.

A 50% booking deposit forms part of the agreed service price. It is not an additional fee. The remaining 50% is payable at your appointment. Any additional services must be agreed and priced separately before they are carried out.

Online payment is not currently available on this website. Do not treat a submitted request, consultation summary or displayed deposit amount as proof of payment. The team will explain the available payment method when confirming your quotation.

Keep your booking reference and payment receipt. If a payment appears pending, failed or duplicated, contact the lounge before paying again. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
